Suggest a Site

Know a good website that belongs in the directory? Send it to us by email. There is no form and no account: just one message to [email protected].

What to include in your email

1. The address of the site: the homepage URL, for example https://example.com/.
2. The name of the site as its owner writes it.
3. The category: the category and subcategory where you think it belongs. Browse all categories to find the right path, for example Computers > Software. You can name up to two.
4. A short description: one or two plain sentences about what the site offers. Do not write marketing slogans.

What we look for

• A working site, written in English, with content of its own.
• A homepage that loads without a login and is not parked, for sale or under construction.
• A site that allows crawlers in its robots.txt, because the title and description we show are read from the site's own page.

What we do not list

• Sites in the categories we leave out: gambling, drugs, firearms, tobacco, nudism, adult and similar content.
• Sites that mislead, spread malware, or break the law. See Acceptable use.
• Doorway pages, redirect-only domains, and sites that copy another site.

What happens next

We read the suggestions we receive and add the ones that fit. The directory is synchronized once a week, so an accepted site appears after the next synchronization. We cannot promise that every suggestion is listed, and we may not reply to each message.
