This policy explains what information GrokWebsite.com (the "site") handles when you use it.

1. What we collect

The site has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. At the time of writing it does not set cookies of its own and does not load analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, we will describe it on this page before or when it happens.

2. Hosting

The site is delivered as static pages by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the address of the page you request, in order to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for details.

3. Search

The search box runs in your browser against static index files that are part of the site. The words you search for are not sent to a search server of ours.

4. Email

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it to read and answer your message and to handle suggestions and reports. We keep it as long as needed for that purpose and do not sell it.

5. Links to other sites

The directory links to sites we do not run. They have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Please read their policies.

6. Our crawler

To prepare listings, our crawler, GrokWebsiteBot, fetches the public homepages of listed sites, follows their robots.txt, and reads the title, description and language. We do not knowingly collect personal data this way. If a public description contains personal data, tell us through Report a problem and we will review it.

7. Weekly synchronization

Directory content is synchronized once a week, so a correction or removal you request may take until the next synchronization to appear.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version is posted on this page with a new date.
